Kinta Rubber Works was established in May 1940. It has since evolved to serve the rubber needs of the local industries, in particular the mining and compounding industries. Hence, the company has a wide range of machinery and are able to do contract manufacturing of black and coloured compounds, moulded, extruded and calendered products including rubberlining of rollers and vessels.

We also have the facility to build hoses and manufacture bins and mix rubber solutions. Moreover, we have laboratory facilities like the rheometer, moony meter, tensile machine, hardness meter and SG meter to ensure specifications are met. Other specialised testing can be done at Lembaga Getah Malaysia whom we have close ties with.

Some of our projects include :-

• Custom compounding of black and coloured NR and synthetic polymers.
• Rubberlining of dredges, riser clamps, chemical vessals , ballmills.
• Moulding of small and large articles 5' x 5' and 7' x 3'.
• Extrusion of compound, waterstops and bumpers up to 12" wide.
• Rerubberlining of rollers up to 15' long.
• Building of hoses up to 60' long.

carmats, mudflaps, lorry bumpers and mouldings.

waterstops, bridge bearing pads, dowel caps, cement hoses, wall bumpers, loading bay bumpers, car park angle guards, road humps, studded floor tiles, doormats, dock fenders and interlocking tiles.
